Using Soil, Dredged Material, and Construction Materials
Only businesses are required to report that they will be using building materials. In any case, you must report where the materials come from and how you dispose of construction waste. You must also report the reuse of demolition materials.
If you are planning to build or renovate, you must ensure that the building materials to be used—such as soil, dredged material, and construction materials—are of good quality. Examples of construction materials include:
