Municipal council is consulting with stakeholders on plans for the Vlietwijk neighborhood
On Wednesday, July 1, the Voorschoten Municipal Council ( municipal council ) will discuss Rijnhart Wonen’s plans for Vlietwijk. Anyone interested can follow the public hearing live starting at 7:30 p.m.
In Vlietwijk, there are questions and concerns about the possible renovation or demolition of homes owned by Rijnhart Wonen. It is also not yet clear exactly what the plans will entail. The “ municipal council ” believes it is important to take these concerns into account when determining the framework later this year.
In discussion
During the consultation meeting, the “ municipal council ” will engage in dialogue with invited residents from Vlietwijk, Rijnhart Wonen, the tenants’ association, and the Woonbond. This will give the council a better understanding of what is happening in the neighborhood and what issues require attention.
