Municipal council Consults stakeholders regarding the multifunctional facility in Voorschoten

On November 4, the Voorschoten Council Committee on Citizens and Governance will discuss the proposal for a multifunctional facility. In preparation for this, the council will consult with a number of stakeholders on Wednesday, November 3. The spokespersons will engage in discussions with them and ask in-depth questions to prepare for the decision-making process.  

The meeting will take place starting at 7:30 p.m. in the council chamber. Due to COVID-19, the public and the press can only follow the meeting online. A link will be posted in the council calendar at https://voorschoten.bestuurlijkeinformatie.nl/.

The council is personally inviting a number of organizations with a particular stake in the matter and relevant expertise, but is calling on everyone in Voorschoten to submit their views in writing. These can be sent to the “ Municipal Clerk’s Office ”: Municipal Clerk’s Office@voorschoten.nl, if possible by Tuesday morning at the latest. Should council members wish to ask questions about these submissions, the authors may be invited to attend the meeting on Wednesday evening.
