City Council Consults Stakeholders on the Multifunctional Facility in Voorschoten

On November 4, the Voorschoten Council Committee on Citizens and Governance will discuss the proposal for a multifunctional facility. In preparation for this, the council will consult with a number of stakeholders on Wednesday, November 3. The spokespersons will engage in discussions with them and ask in-depth questions to prepare for the decision-making process.

The meeting will take place starting at 7:30 p.m. in the council chamber. Due to COVID-19, the public and the press can only follow the meeting online. A link will be posted in the council calendar at https://voorschoten.bestuurlijkeinformatie.nl/.

The council is personally inviting a number of organizations with a particular stake in the matter and relevant expertise, but is calling on everyone in Voorschoten to submit their views in writing. These may be sent to the council clerk’s office at griffie@voorschoten.nl, if possible by Tuesday morning at the latest. Should council members wish to ask questions about these submissions, the authors of the letters may be invited to attend the meeting on Wednesday evening.
