The Municipality Invites Residents to Share Their Ideas About the Play Area in Voorschoten

The municipality of Voorschoten is drafting a new policy plan for play and physical activity in public spaces. To align with residents’ wishes, the municipality wants to involve children and adults in Voorschoten in the process in various ways.

Start Process

This process begins with the release of an online survey. The municipality hopes this will provide insight into how children currently play and how residents engage in physical activity in Voorschoten’s public spaces. The survey also includes questions about what residents think of the places where they currently play and exercise, and how they believe these spaces could be improved in the future. The online survey is primarily intended to allow residents to express their preferences regarding play and physical activity.

Complete the online questionnaire

The online survey is intended for all residents of Voorschoten and anyone who uses the playgrounds and sports facilities. Adults may complete the survey more than once, for example, if they wish to leave a message for themselves or for their children or grandchildren. The survey may also be shared with other children, friends, and neighbors.

Comments can be submitted until November 28, 2022. After that, the survey will close, and the responses will be incorporated into the development of the policy plan and its subsequent implementation.
