General Information

On May 4, we commemorate the liberation of the Netherlands throughout the country, thanks to the efforts of allied soldiers and the assistance of the resistance. Mayor Stemerdink, together with two students from the Fortgensschool, will lay a wreath at the war monument and deliver a speech. Voorschoten veterans will form an honour guard, and members of Voorschoten scouting groups will assist with the wreath-laying.
