Help shape the Voorschoten Municipality Noise Action Plan
This spring, the Municipality of Voorschoten will draw up a Noise Action Plan. The Action Plan describes residents’ exposure to noise from cars, trains, and airplanes. The municipal executive will use the findings of the plan to address noise pollution where necessary.
The Action Plan for the municipality of Voorschoten is being developed by the West-Holland Environmental Agency. They are conducting an extensive study of noise levels within our municipality. In addition, we would like to hear more about residents’ experiences. We’d like to know if and where residents experience noise disturbances or nuisances, and what causes them. We’d also like to hear if residents have any ideas for reducing noise pollution. You can do this by taking part in a survey by February 4.
