Cultural-Historical Value Map

The cultural-historical value Map makes all historically valuable buildings and landscapes in Voorschoten accessible.

Significance for professionals

The “ Map ” (Heritage Map) illustrates the cultural and historical significance of the property in question. This information is not only interesting for those with an interest in the subject, but also very practical for various professionals. Notaries and real estate agents can now see exactly what the status and history of the building or lot are. This is also useful information for homeowners, for example, when making alterations to their historic landmark or iconic building.

Ready for the future

The municipality is required to maintain a heritage registry. This digital value map makes the heritage registry interactively accessible, which aligns with the objectives of the upcoming “ Omgevingswet ” initiative.

If you have any questions or comments, please email them to erfgoed@voorschoten.nl.
