Letters to Wmo Clients Sent to the Wrong Addresses
At the end of March, letters were sent to various Wmo clients who received a Wmo service in 2023. The letter includes a questionnaire for the annual Wmo client experience survey. Unfortunately, no cross-check with the population registry was performed.
As a result, changes of address and of death status were not included, meaning that some letters should not have been sent at all or should have been sent to a different address. We apologize to the bereaved families and residents who received incorrectly addressed mail. We ask recipients of incorrectly addressed mail to destroy it.
