Fire at Emergency Shelter in Ukraine

This morning around 11:30 a.m., there was a fire at the emergency shelter for Ukrainian refugees, next to City Hall. The building was evacuated, and the Voorschoten Fire Department quickly extinguished the fire.

The cause was a fire in the wiring of a refrigerator. No one was injured. Leidseweg was closed for some time.
