Structure, completion notice
An environmental permit for construction contains rules that you must follow. Once you have completed the work, you must notify the municipality. The municipality will then verify whether you have built in accordance with the rules set forth in the “ licence ” (Regulations on Building and Construction).
If you have built according to the rules, you are permitted to start using the structure.
What to do?
- You notify the municipality that you have completed the structure and that you wish to use it.
- Do this no later than the first working day after you have finished the work.
- Submit the notification in writing. This allows you to demonstrate that you have complied with your notification obligation.
