Public Notice: Draft Project Plan for the Noord-Hoflandschepolder

The Dijkgraaf and members of the Rijnland Water Board plan to adopt a project plan for the Noord-Hoflandschepolder. Prior to the adoption of the final project plan, a draft project plan was first drawn up.

The project plan covers:
• The construction of two connecting waterways in the “ neighbourhood ” area near De Vink station.
• The construction of one water connection along the Voorwatering.

The project plan can be viewed from January 21, 2021, through March 4, 2021, via https://www.rijnland.net/actueel/bekendmakingen (search term: Noord-Hoflandschepolder). Normally, the documents published online can also be viewed at the Rijnland office located at Archimedesweg 1 in Leiden. However, due to the COVID-19 crisis, the office is closed until further notice.

During this period, interested parties may submit their comments on the draft project plan in writing, orally, or electronically. Upon request, personal information may be omitted. Submitted comments will be reviewed to determine whether they warrant amendments to the draft project plan. The project plan will then be finalized.
