Paving Work in Voorschoten, July 3–4–5

On Monday, July 3, Tuesday, July 4, and Wednesday, July 5, maintenance work will be carried out on the asphalt—primarily on bike paths—at various locations in Voorschoten. The work will be performed by Van der Steen on behalf of the municipality of Voorschoten. Work will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Bad weather may cause the work to run late.

Locations of Paving Work

Maintenance work will take place on Monday, July 3, on Industrieweg, Dobbeweg, Geestwoningpad, Swagermanweg, Buizerderf, and Koninklijke Marinelaan. On Tuesday, July 4, work will be carried out on Floriszpad, Baron van Heemstrapad, Koninklijke Marinelaan, Tuinderspad, and Van Beethovenlaan. Maintenance work will take place on Wednesday, July 5, on Voorwatering, Van Beethovenlaan, Admiraal de Ruytersingel, and Rosenburgherlaan.

Accessibility

During the construction work, access to the bike paths will be limited. Bicycle traffic will be rerouted via detour routes. This will be indicated by traffic signs.
On Monday, July 3, Industrieweg will be closed to all traffic near the Dobbeweg during construction. Traffic will be rerouted via a detour. This will also be indicated by traffic signs.

Nuisance

You may experience some (noise) disturbances while the work is being carried out. The municipality is making arrangements with the contractors to keep these disturbances to a minimum.
