Paving Work on May 29, 30, and 31
On May 29, 30, and 31, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., maintenance work will be carried out on the asphalt of roads and bike paths at various locations in Voorschoten. The work will be performed by Van der Steen on behalf of the municipality of Voorschoten. Bad weather may cause the work to run late.
The following locations are involved:
- Wednesday, May 29: Multatulilaan, Krimkade, Professor Einsteinlaan, Rouboslaan, Oranjewatering, Karel Doormanlaan
- Thursday, May 30: Zwaluwweg, Joke Smitlaan, Oranjewatering
- Friday, May 31: Trompweg, Peppellaan, Horst, and Voordelaan
Accessibility
During the construction work, roads and bike paths will be less accessible. Traffic will be rerouted via detours or directed by traffic controllers. This will be indicated by traffic signs.
Oranjewatering Closed
Oranjewatering will be closed to all traffic from 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 29, until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30. Traffic will be rerouted via a detour. This will also be indicated by traffic signs.
Nuisance
You may experience some (noise) disturbances while the work is being carried out. The municipality is making arrangements with the contractors to keep these disturbances to a minimum.
