Pick up travel documents and driver's licenses by appointment
Due to a surge in applications for travel documents, the Civil Affairs counter is particularly busy.
Therefore, until further notice, we are operating on an appointment-only basis for the pickup of travel documents and driver’s licenses. This appointment will be scheduled directly with you when you apply for your travel document or driver’s license.
