Youth Employment Action Plan

Providing opportunities for young people is high on the political agenda in Voorschoten, Leidschendam-Voorburg, and Wassenaar. Together, the municipalities developed an action plan in early 2017. The Youth Employment Action Plan is intended to lead, within one to three years, to a reduction in youth unemployment and better alignment of policy and implementation with the needs of young people. We are also committed to making sustainable investments in young people’s skills; learning to network and earning a diploma or certificate are key components of this effort.
