VS-1217-1 Reimbursement of Sewer Fees

If you incurred costs to unclog your sewer and it was determined that the blockage was located in the municipal section, please fill out this form.

The municipality will assess your damages. If the municipality determines that it is liable, you will be reimbursed for the full amount of the damages or a portion thereof.

Good to know:

For a better and faster assessment, the municipality requests at least the following:

• A description of the incident (location, date, and time).
• Any photos of the incident. These can be added as attachments. Please keep these ready digitally.
• The contractor's invoice for the incurred costs. Please keep this ready digitally.
• Contact details of the specialist(s), in case you have engaged them.

Please note:

• For the time being, the processing of the data entered does not imply any acknowledgement of liability on the part of the municipality.
• The municipality may ask you for additional information. If this is the case, you will be notified within 2 weeks.
