VS-1217-1 Reimbursement of Sewer Fees

If you incurred costs to unclog your sewer and it was determined that the blockage was located in the municipal section, please fill out this form.

The municipality will assess your damages. If the municipality determines that it is liable, you will be reimbursed for the full amount of the damages or a portion thereof.

Good to know:

To ensure a better and faster review, the municipality requires, at a minimum:

• A description of the event (location, date, and time).
• Any photos of the event. These can be attached as files. Please have them ready in digital format.
• Invoice for the contractor's expenses. Please have this ready in digital form.
• Contact information for the specialist(s), if you have engaged their services.

Please note:

• The processing of the submitted data does not, for the time being, imply any acknowledgment of liability on the part of the municipality.
• The municipality may ask you for additional information. If so, you will be notified within 2 weeks.
