If any funerals or interments are to take place after the purchase has been completed, it must be determined whether an additional purchase fee—at the rates in effect at that time—is due, because any subsequent funerals or interments may extend the period for which the cemetery rights are payable.
The information you provide on this application form will be included (under the responsibility of the relevant administrative body) in the municipality’s data processing system, as provided for in the Personal Data Protection Act. The information in question will be used for the registration and processing of your application, as well as (subsequently) for archival purposes.
