Important Information

Does someone have a mailing address at your address, and you can no longer reach that person? Or are you receiving letters from someone who doesn't live there? You can request an address investigation from the municipality.

Good to know:

  • You can request an address search if you are the owner, tenant, or co-resident of the residence.
  • You can also withdraw an address inquiry.
  • Do you think you know who is listed under your name at enrolled? If so, please have their information ready.

 

Please note! The municipality aims to complete an address investigation within 3 months. Following the investigation, the municipality may remove a person from the BRP or enrol and register them at a new address.
