VS-1287 Application for Priority Transportation Capacity for Housing and Educational Facilities Projects

Use this form to request that the municipality place your housing project on the priority list so you can apply earlier for transmission capacity from the grid operator.

Submissions will be accepted from August 31 through September 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Please have the following items on hand:

• an image (PNG or JPG) or PDF of the project site, with the project boundaries shown as a closed polygon;
• a civil law agreement, or a copy or web link to the environmental plan that demonstrates the need for housing;
• an extract from the Commercial Register (KvK) that is no more than one month old at the time of submission;
• the details regarding connections by construction phase: number, type of connection, and desired date.

Fields marked with an * are required. Incomplete requests will not be processed. After submission, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email within two business days; the time of submission will be recorded.

The declarations in Part 9 must be made by an authorized representative of the developing party.
