Using the roadside shoulder for purposes other than those for which it is intended is prohibited. If you still wish to use the roadside shoulder or a portion of it, please apply for an exemption from the municipality.

To ensure faster and better service, the municipality requires, at a minimum:

• Why you might want to use the shoulder.
• The place.
• The date and time you would like to use the shoulder.
