"Snippergroen" refers to small strips of public green space with no specific function that are directly adjacent to a property. Homeowners can purchase these strips of municipal land, subject to municipal approval.

Good to know:

  • Only owners of the property or building may purchase small plots of green space;
  • (Potential) future owners can, however, submit a request in advance;
  • Please attach a site plan as an attachment. The site plan must clearly show which parcel of land you wish to purchase.
