VS-1061-2 Notification of Hanging a Banner Using eHerkenning

Would you like to hang a banner, for example, to announce an event or to express your views? You cannot simply hang a banner on a public road. You must notify the municipality of your intention to do so.

Good to know:

• You must complete this form in full 2 weeks before the banners are put up.
• You may display a banner for a maximum of 2 weeks.
• You are requesting permission to hang banners at three locations: Leidseweg, along the meadow across from the silver factory, Wijngaardenlaan near the gas station, and Veurseweg near the gas station.
• We will take the specified start date into account; if we are unable to meet it, we will contact you.

To ensure better and faster service, the municipality requests, at a minimum:

• Period during which the banner will be displayed.
• Reason why you want to put up the banner.
